      Pros

      There is lots of movement and opportunities as a P1 & M4, and then you get stuck as an M3. Above M2 is where the benefits really kick in.

      Cons

      There is no transparency in pay, business objectives, work council and HR which often turn a blind eye and there is no upward review of line managers to hold them accountable and stop bullying.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
