Annual bonus if the sales targets are met, an amazing campus with many sport courts, huge gym and an outdoor pool. 2 big restaurants for breakfasts and lunches.
Cons
Career advancement is hard in some cases. A lot of times the preferred candidates get to job and if you apply and get the interview you have to do a case study and present it though you don't have a chance of getting the position from the start.
