Pros

Campus Sports facilities Opportunities to move across the company, depending on the type of role you're qualified for Opportunity to collaborate with colleagues internationally, through international travel has been decreasing over the last few years unless you're Senior Director or VP and above.

Cons

Location Lack of pay rises as you gain more experience in your role (except 3% inflation and this only happened in the last 1-2 years) Lack of visibility and transparency in salary ranges, people can be on the same level and have a big difference in their pay, depending on what they were offered / negotiated at the start of their employment. Very unclear promotions strategy Still a male driven company culture, not just in terms of gender but behaviour as well, though there has been effort to support women in leadership. Obligatory management training missing for people leaders, leading to people not being ready or equipped on how to manage a team.
