      You can learn a lot of basic IT stuff here before you go for a more serious tech position. Good job stability, nice wage and benefits.

      Cons

      Isolation from core business IT departments, which means personal development and career advancement is limited within the local IT department. Dont recommend staying longer than 2-3 years unless you prefer a rather easy going IT job without any serious personal development for hard IT skills.
