      Pros

      Easy enough, people are nice and quite casual environment. Can be quite fun and discount on the products.

      Cons

      Progression isn't great. Any "promotions" you get tend to be temporary placements and likelyhood of those being made permanent is low. Also the annual salary increase is minimal not even enough to keep up with inflation. Office is in Slough, so thats not great.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Cons

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
