1. Doesn't recognize talent and reward them enough.
2. If you know more .. you do more..., your job scope suddenly just grow, but not so much in Salary.
3. Clueless leader assigned to lead critical programs.
4. For almost every single decisions, consensus is needed
5. Claiming to be flat structure, but hierarchy exist. It matters who says it and sometimes based on how long he has been in the company.
6. Basic salary not up to par with other companies (relying on bonus to bump the total compensation)
