      Pros

      I loved working at the Lego Store! The staff and management was great. There was a cohesive team of people that worked together to make sure that everyone who walked through the door knew how much fun we had together and how much fun we had with lego bricks.

      Cons

      Retail always has down sides like working holidays but that is retail anywhere.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Cons

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
