      Pros

      Amazing company to work for, good work life balance, lots of perks, reputable brand, working with a highly motivated team, large company but still somehow has managed to retain the family feel to it.

      Cons

      Some parts are still like a start up, other parts there are processes for the sake of processes, also meeting culture can be annoying.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
