      Flexible hours, family oriented, open minded employees, free coffee & snacks, good bonus across all levels, amazing 401k plan, health plan is the best I've seen

      Cons

      Hub structure means a lot of jobs are going to Mexico and outside the US, the ability to have a progressive career in CT is a lot tougher now

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Cons

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
