Pros
1. Beautiful values that aren't just being used by the company as a slogan but proudly held by most of the employees. 2. Management does really listen to the voices of the employees and work on the issues, even though the process can be very slow sometimes. 3. Meaningful product for the next generations :)
Cons
1. It's tough to stay fast and competitive while keeping the right values. 2. Colleagues are being too nice sometimes, criticisms can be hardly heard, even the constructive ones. In such environment, it's very easy to forget about the reality outside and become complacent. Some may be even taking advantages of this.
