      -great discount -great experience with kids -nice co-workers

      Cons

      - intense expectations -twice a month mystery shopping -you had to constantly be aware that you might get a mystery shopper -certain things you had to do or say and if you didn't there was shame and pressure to do better -wasn't as fun as an environment as one might think in a lego store

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Cons

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
