      Great coworkers, exceptional management, enthusiastic training and development, new LEGO sets rolling in all the time, happy kids and happy parents, creative opportunities, building display LEGO sets, massive discount on personal purchases.

      Cons

      LOUD, terrible technical support, the common woes of retail sales (occasional irate customers, shoplifting, poor wages), limited available hours, unpleasant lighting inducing headaches (typical mall problems), traffic.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
