      The LEGO Company is an outstanding place to work. There are always fun events happening at the LEGO Stores, which are fun for the kids and the employees. You get to work with people of all ages who love LEGO toys, customers and employees alike. The management staff is outstanding and the company really cares for its employees.

      Micro-managing merchandisers, Lego does not value experience

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
