      Pros

      Good management, flexible schedule, fun helping kids and customers. Can get a bit hectic during the holidays and summer. Overall good experience.

      Cons

      At first stocking can be a pain but making a list or trying to memorize small sections helps. There are some crazy customers that demand a lot or just try to resell.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
