      Pros

      Working with kids, fun environment, getting to build LEGO sets, pretty good hours, flexible, 30% employee discount, room to grow.

      Cons

      NPS, management sucks, 2 secret shops a month that usually happen when store is busy so it's hard to get good scores, unfair company policies, scrip of what you have to say to every customer, management usually stays in the back office.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Cons

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
