      Pros

      Seeing all the happy, excited faces for the product. The product is of good quality and will last for years. Plus it is very creative.

      Cons

      Where do I start... Demanding. Long hours for management. Having to deal with irate customers over a product that is just a toy. High Expectations of a staff that made about $9 an hour. No benefits for non-management staff.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Cons

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
