      The product is universally known and widely loved; meet lots of interesting guests; coworkers tend to be great people to work with

      Cons

      Corporate management is out of touch; store management is inconsistent and focused on metrics; guests can be extremely difficult, particularly with the massive expansion of foreign guests.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
