Pros

Great benefits, lovely colleagues, cool products, crazy Minifigures etc.

Cons

I'm working for LEGO customer services in Slough. The biggest challenge is dealing with customers that were unlucky with an online purchase for LEGO sets. Especially when a LEGO set is sold out or wasn't delivered on time for their child's upcoming birthday due to miscommunication.

Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

Cons

Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

Pros

Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

Cons

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
