Cons
- Forced diversity impacts career progression if you are a male. Huge push to hiring female engineers and female leadership for better diversity. If done correctly, the company will be better off in the future, so I still gave it a 5/5 stars.
- Usual corporate mismanagement where new employees have higher salaries than their superiors whom have been for over 10 years in the company.

Cons
Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work
High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work
Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
