Pros
Discounts on items, almost no dress code, can say you work for LEGO, great maternity leave, slight discount at daycare.
Cons
As a CSA you would have to work either Saturday or Sunday, rating system needs improvement, there could be more consistent systems training, a functional operation system would have been nice. Almost zero snow days even though the rest of the company is closed due to safety concerns. They say that they love to promote from within but there are very little opportunities to leave call center regardless of degree and experience.
