      Pros

      LEGO discount. GM was amazing. Employee parties and holiday gifts were sweet.

      Cons

      Rude customers, LONG hours. Holiday season is a rush. Too much to do, most of which I didn't agree upon. After holiday season, there was a lack of hours (maybe 3 shifts/week for a total of 12 hours). Pay is low. Worked middle of days on weekends.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Cons

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
