      Pros

      It's LEGO, good brand always spark conversations. Good work life balance

      Cons

      Gaslighting, bullying, harassment, absent mangment and micromanagement, daily aggression. E.g. Middle mangment gaslights team after 3 months of reporting personal issues with the same team lead and with team strategies. No technological vision: a platform 3 years in the making and it's still nothing. But the mangment chain is still there lying about what they offer alienating the folks actually working on the tech.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
