      Great working culture -- I have not yet experienced any pressure to work after hours, and ways of working are discussed within Squad to reflect all members' views; Fun activities in the office every week; Integration with other Squads; Interesting tech stack and opportunities to collaborate on the codebase from the get-go.

      Cons

      Full remote work is not supported, hybrid scheme means going to the office 3 days a week. Might be a restriction for some to join the company.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
