Pros
LEGO is a great place to work. The challenges are interesting and hard, the environment is absolutely fantastic, I'm surrounded by intelligent colleagues, the compensation is great and there's ample opportunity for growth/learning, and just as important, PLAY! I love the focus LEGO has on PLAY and also being a place for the entire family. I love bringing my kids and/or spouse to the people house.
Cons
Only con I can think of is location and some of the understandable but annoying policies. So Billund is located in the middle of nowhere. I knew that and it's compensated for by the environment+salary. But there's a fairly looong commute with no good public transportation options. Some of the policies, like not being able to work from a foreign country more than 5 days/year, is not as attractive as I could have hoped. I understand why it's like that, as some would feel "cheated" if they could only for legal reasons work abroad 5 days/year while other nationalities might be able to work abroad for weeks or months at a time. It's a minor issue but as I'm being forced to write the cons, there you go :-)
