      friendly environment - not pushy at all a lot of fun team activities and very friendly and approachable management

      Cons

      Salaries do not always match competitors. It can be difficult to move from one position to another permanently, as most of the times contracts for internal positions are assignments and not permanent positions.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
