      Pros

      LEGO hires great people and really helps with professional development. They allowed work from home for contractor positions and were flexible about hours. It is a very international environment with people from all over the world on the team.

      Cons

      In order to move up the chain at LEGO, you have to move at some point to the headquarters in Connecticut or Denmark. The payment for contractors could be slow in processing

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Cons

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
