Fun, open, inclusive work environment. A lot of days, it doesn't feel like work and more like an opportunity to be with great people and have fun along the way. Lots of nice initiatives set up by the Wellbeing Committee and the Fun Committee. Great new office in center of Berlin. Supportive team lead.
Cons
Due to the smaller department we belong to and now the added difficulties of having a work's council, I'm worried that maybe growth opportunities will be reduced for Berlin. We should be more aware of the negative image we are giving the office through complaining about the tiniest 'injustice'. Anyone who has experience in any other customer service center will know the pressure and stress to perform and do 10-15 contacts an hour, while we are expected to do 4... A few trouble-making colleagues who don't realize what a good situation we have in terms of working hours, pay, and other benefits. Anyone who rates the company one star has probably been fired for misconduct, so be aware of that.
