      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Great facilities (HQ). On paper great values and beliefs. Very political (promotion-focused) middle management. Often compromising on truth and facts.

      Cons

      Growing disconnect between what top management says and how they act. The company feels to be up on a high horse, but can not back it up on the ground level. Apparently the rules only apply for low level colleagues

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Cons

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
