      Pros

      Great Company with a great mission, security is in its infancy and it needs direction. The leaders in place right now all see things the same, because they are the same. This in my opinion blinds them and prevents them from being truly innovative.

      Cons

      Slow HR Process, Need for diversity in mind, experience, and creativity. Hiring the same type of people in multiple regions for a role isn't a smart move in my opinion.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Cons

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
