      Depending on what you're looking for your career, not real disantavantages but I can signal - Low Turnover rater that has an impact on role rotations - Not an easy career path, you need to wait for the right moment and occasion and of course be ready!

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
