      Pros

      There are no other companies that could match The LEGO Groups focus on wellbeing and the human behind the position. Amazing facilities and language that makes you feel at home and loved. It's family owned and you can feel that every day.

      Cons

      Without the push for constant shareholder profit, things take a slower pace. The LEGO Group is very protective of their brand, for good reasons, but that impacts the way you're working as well.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Cons

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
