      the LEGO Group is living "communication is key". Everybody is open for questions even if they may not have the answer. They gonna help you find the right persons.

      Cons

      As big as this company is, it takes a loooong time to understand processes and why we have them. And it takes even way longer to challenge processes, that may have made sense but are way obsolet now.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
