Job was listed as a junior/entry level position, after 3 interviews I was asked to sign up for a student job organisation because they billed us through them (different legal protection and laws).
Salary was less than what was promised and agreed upon on final interview (I noticed at contract signing)
No and/or irrelevant onboarding, zero training despite the job ad saying so.
Lack of technical background (not properly set up access codes, authorization, programs, work PC etc.) required for work, incredibly slow IT troubleshoot and support.
Unclear responsibilities and expectations.
Pointless and fussy middle management and task groups.
