      Benefits are ok. Co workers are nice. Free parking. You learn a lot.

      Cons

      Management is out if touch with employees. Lack of communication. Frustration between departments. Lack of morale and understanding.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
