      They will hire anyone that wants to keep a chair warm 8 hours a day.

      Cons

      Management does not have any experience in management. The level of engineering skills is non existent. A few do the work of the many.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
