complete circus. dishonest management, vp over customer service has no experience in customer service and it shows. constant changes by people who make poor choices makes for surly mechanics, unstable work environment. promises not kept. mechanics are disgruntled, leads to some being unkind. many branches don't feel like the have to follow rules, causes much confusion. nothing is streamlined, management doesn't know which battles to fight, never goes to bat for dispatchers. training is VERY poor. office conditions uncomfortable. we complained that it was constantly cold and they provided us with fans.
