      Big company with great benefits (Healthcare insurance, good pension fund, bonus and flexibility).

      Cons

      Too faraway from Rio de Janeiro town, what make it hard to get there every day. No homeoffice culture implemented there.

      Pros

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
