      ThyssenKrupp is a diversified industrial group. It has around 180,000 employees in over 80 countries developing ideas and innovations into solutions for sustainable progress. In fiscal year 2009/2010 ThyssenKrupp generated sales of more than €42 billion.

      Cons

      The salary is not very satisfied.The space of promotion is not very large.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
