Pros

Co-workers were great. Sharing of knowledge, helping those less experienced out, friendly co-workers. Very professional and fun atmosphere to work in.

Cons

Of the dozen or so which I worked with only 3 were full-time permanent. My self and the rest were contractors. Like them I was hired under a 6-month contract. The problem is that all of them and myself would get a contract extension for another 6 months. Given this there were absolutely no benefits offered. Medical, PTO, etc. The contracting company offered benefits finally during my first and only tenure with a cost of $218 per week! And this did not include any hospital benefits. (Hospital stays, surgery, ER visits and the like) If you had an emergency you had to go to a Urgent Care type facility. I didn't look at the details offered as the price itself ($872\mth) was about %50 of my pay.
