      Pros

      Even though TK is big, the HQ is not far away for an employee.

      Cons

      Pretty conservative. Work-Life-Balance is very disappointing. Parental leave as a man is not possible without breaking you carreer.

      Pros

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
