      Emphasis on hiring good people so most people are friendly and willing to help you. You are given a lot of responsibility early on and people let you get on with things.

      Cons

      Company consolidating and trying to provide increased shareholder value. There are a lot of systems to learn and people can find it a bit overwheming.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
