Pros
Very social environment. Great on human level. Change in departments is easily possible. Can allow for a pressure free time if your goal is an 8 to 5 job.
Cons
Advancements frequently not based on meritocracy and willingness to advance. To some managers the capacities of their employees are seen as a threat and not as an asset. Problems are put under the rug towards top management.
