      They start you out with 4 weeks of vacation.

      Cons

      Management doesn't have a clue, their egos get in the way of getting anything done. You are pigeonholed into a position with no chance of a promotion.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
