      Good team working experience. Good communication between management teams, and good office working environment.

      Cons

      Salary is about the average. Need more communication between each key players. Financial performance for the overall company was weak.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
