      Good place to work at and good employer. Management could be better but overall decent and mostly fair. Hybrid work environment.

      Cons

      Room for growth slows down dramatically when and if you acquire a managerial position.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
