      My impression of working at thyssenkrupp is that the company offers good career plans and provides good job tariffs, as it is inserted in the EG Metal.

      Cons

      As a big company, there is also frequent changes in the structure and in the management level. There are some drawbacks for being a big company with different business unities.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
