Pros
Team members, Hybrid work, Direct manager’s flexibility and work life balance, Pay and Direct manager’s job knowledge.
Cons
The onboarding process was slow and lacked clarity, making it difficult to get up to speed efficiently Employees earned minimal vacation time, which did not improve with tenure. Direct manager and some team members often showed little patience with those who didn’t learn at their pace, creating a discouraging work environment. Upper management often made decisions that were wasteful or disconnected from day-to-day operations. There was a noticeable lack of open communication and active listening from upper leadership. Senior leadership showed limited understanding of the technology and tools required for our roles, which affected overall team performance and morale. Career development is based on who you know.
