      Pros

      Ground level employees are very dedicated and work very hard at making the company a success. Many extremely knowledgeable long term employees that know the product.

      Cons

      Senior managment is serving the equity investors very well. That is what they are paid to do and they are doing with minimal success. Middle management is frozen in fear and won't do anything politically risky.

      Pros

      The pay is good for the area and the Air-crane helicopter is really fun to see.

      Cons

      Management is really bad. Almost comically so. You get used to it after a while, so as long as continual poor decision making doesn't bother you its not a bad place to work for 5+ years.
