Good people to work with. Opportunities to learn. Flexible working hours and working from home supported.

Cons

Poor Benefits. These have been declining in recent years due to an obsession with cost cutting at a global and country level. Pay levels are not on par with comparable companies. Other benefits such as travel allowances and compensation for overtime have been reduced - in many cases it can cost the employee to travel. Travel always uses cheapest economy fares regardless of the frequency and duration - can have an impact on personal health. Being a global company, travel and working hours have to be flexible - can sometimes interfere with family life.
