- a lot of training materials, very professionally made - work with people in different parts of the world - benefit package is very good. good 401k match and time off policies. - education assistance program for pursing degrees - line managers are generally very good - business trip opportunities for engineers
Cons
- lack of a clear goal for the longest time in my business unit. a lot of shuffling and churns in the upper management, a lot of re-orgs. It seems that it hard for the company to find a focus. This has been going on for a long time. My site has seen 5 heads in 3 years. - development process is very slow. sometimes I feel frustrated and demotivated in participating - I never really get much insightful information regarding the company from the meetings. Lack of transparency, or clear communication
